information directly from Users. Personal information is collected for the primary purpose of selling

pieces to Customers and answering your queries. We do not actively collect information from third

parties. SBB may receive personal information from a third party if you have consented to someone

referring your details to us, or when we process an order made by one person on behalf of another. In

these situations, we rely on a presumption that consent has been provided between those parties.

SBB requires this information to process orders. If you do not wish to provide the personal information

requested, you will be unable to purchase pieces from us.

that relates to health and personal beliefs. SBB does not require Users to provide us with sensitive

SBB uses a third-party to manufacturer our pieces and to deliver items to you. We will only disclose

information to these third parties as is reasonably required to deliver our service. Our manufacturer

requires a Customer name , clothing sizes and any information about design preferences. To deliver

goods, Australia post or the courier we use will need the Customer’s name, address and telephone

number. By purchasing SBB pieces the Customer consents to the disclosure of information in

accordance with this term.

SBB may use a third-party payment provider. Payments made online are made directly to the third-

party provider, SBB does not retain Customer’s credit card or bank details. Customers should read the

Privacy Policy of our third-party provider for more information about how it deals with personal

information.

SBB does not otherwise disclose information to any third parties and it does not disclose any personal

information to anyone outside of Australia.

5. Using pseudonyms and anonymity

Visitors can use the Site anonymously. We do not permit Customers to make purchases using

pseudonyms or anonymously.

The security of personal information is important to us. SBB commits to maintaining security

arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure and loss of personal information. SBB cannot

guarantee the security of information transmitted through the internet is impenetrable. SBB will keep
